Just got it off the work bench, everything done except check a few things, everything working and running near enough, some fine tuning... a quick spin up the road and back, didn’t break, so the maiden run done... book it in for the cert now...

Hard tails are cool, and this is heaps smoother than on struts and seat, spring, hardtail combo nicer than my swing arm, shock, foam seat... so there.

Sorry no pics until weekend. Its 11pm at night! Neighbours are happy, no one yelled out!! Yay.

I’m real happy...

Well, pretty much done, will ride like this for a while, better wiring and paint once the little bits of annoying stuff sorted but general look of what was in my head now expressed...

Cert attempt booked in, in 4 days... waiting, waiting...... waiting...

It’s real fun to ride... hardtail’s do rule!

i have a "Db" meter.. bike is running at 93-96Db max real close out to 3m away reving the bjeves out of it.... and thats way above my riding Rpm.
105 is the limit and i was going for under 100 so pleased i am, but have different pipes planned down the track but again willl be under 100 easy..

they are called baffles... yay to baffles baffles are our friend

Excellent build bud I absolutely love it. As for a name the obvious would have to be GANGRENE. Laughing
Or Green with Envy, Like I am now. Great reading on the Db's too Jon

ah...baffles...yes...was just asking cos of the short length of pipe
I thought 105 was the old limit? When I got measured at 97 they said I was right on the borderline. You're inside it anywayz. Would be interested to know if it is still 105?
btw your lace paintjob looks freakin awesome
