im back fuckers

well its been awhile sold off a lotta gear and moved country but after a long wait for everything to turnup and setting my new shed up
im finaly ready to start on a new frame or two

so far ive got a some wheels some forks and a front brake and a bunch of tube

and a complete bike i can use the engine from but i wanna make the whole bike before removing the engine cos im riding it to work at the mo
and would also like to be able to put the motor back the orignal frame wen it gets defected.....................so its on

yip yip got a massive ac unit in there its like an oven otherwise

good set up there mike.

well ive only got about 5hours every saturday to work on this so it aint gona be the fastest build ever

but ive bent up the start of the fame rails and the upper rear legs

next ill join them togeather at the neck and then bend the rear leg

also scored a peanut tank for it but need to go on the hunt for some sprockets

ok so this week i only had a few hours in the shed fuck it
but managed to splice the neck and bend the rear section so on track for now
next week ill try to join the rails to the axle plates and make some of the engine mounts

and heres the next instalment got a bit carried a way and sat a motor and wheel in there just to see how its looking pretty good i rekon

so next will be the back bone just gotta find some one to roll it for me

ok so i made a top engine mount then decided i didnt like it so........

i changed it to his then decided i dont like this either its changed again but havent got any pics yet

also got the rear trans mount done and im happy with this
also got the axle plates and neck welded up so its almost ready to come outta the jig just need to finish up the engine mounts

just a quick mock up with some forks still need to lace up the 21'' and loose the fender but its gonna go go hold for a while
