| The three holes in the rear fender... he should put some of those threaded spike screws with washers, the same sort found on gothic choker necklaces and gauntlets.
Or I guess found on bondage gear to. | |

| This the only spot to put this.......my nephews t-bars snapped fri nite, just as we pulled up at a party!! So lucky we weren't riding. Spent all day Sat removing heapsa shit off the Heritage Softail to undo wiring. Put some old risers and bars on, put back 2getha and fired it up. Looks betta and handles better with those cow-horn bars. NOW.....I have only ever worked on one bike ever, my sporty!! The POINT I am making is that this site ENCOURAGED me to have a go at this fix-up! Cheers guys, no pics, was too busy and got some more plans for my Bobber!! Peace out! | |

Good on ya mate, good to hear about the fix up. what part of the bars snapped, was it at a weld? I wonder what brand of bars they were? | |

Freaky tho coz both side came apart at same time and point. They should have come apart while riding but they didnt! Devine intervention! I had good look at the and they looked pretty shoddy build! | |

I was gonna ask my nephew for them but thort nah!! I get sum new ones wen I go for that look. He taking the bars somewhere, not sure. | |

| Just sayn I got me a Weld-on Hardtail coming in from the States next week. Quietly CRAPPING myself as who knows wot to expect. Anyway, I always wanted to go Hardtail with my first and only bike. A wayward youths time dream! Will try get hooked up to the photo assist page before it arrives. Ummm, I got f'all buildn skills so any advice is gud advice along the way. Watch this space. | |

| I got the weld-on subframe. was gonna see woody at swapmeet last wk but that fell thru. Need sum more bits n pieces so as for progress.......slow!! Bin busy as riding too, so guess that don't help! hmmmm where to from here | |
