Factory Room for Rent.

One of the boy's is moving out of the factory, and cant seem to find any of our mates that are keen to move in, (everyones geting woman that dont aprove!)

Two bedrooms (one Avalable) and small lounge up on mezzanine. kitchen, bathroom, Shower, more couches ground floor, Aswell as Plug and Play band/jam-room, and workshop with, bike lifter, mig, arc and gas welder's,toools etc. Space for one Project car, and many bikes inside. plenty of parking outside.

$160pw for room, inc power & Water. and use off gear.
Factory is off Morrin Rd, Mt Wellington, Auckland. 2mins walk to east tamiki uni. ten min walk to G.I or pamure Train Stations.

would suit a single person up to 30yo'ish who's into bike's / cars, and music.
Possable downside, we have up to 3 jam nights per week. playing rock & metal.
