Frame build help

Okay so I have a 1996 1200 Sportster engine that I want shoe horned into a Kx250 frame.

I am looking for someone that is willing and capable to do the job and in return I will give them a complete rolling 1996 sportster sport frame minus wiring. reg is on hold and I think it's still wof.

I currently don't have the time or skill and really need it done properly as this sportster powered dirt bike will be raced at a very high profile desert race in 2014.

All comments ideas welcome
