shaun has a few pics im sure hell put them up....
next weekend ill make a start on the tripple clamps then the frame

heres a couple of mock up, and my shove next to mikes sporty creation

What can go wrong?
How accurate can they cut holes?

0.02mm tolerence i think
but cos its so thick ill do the rest on the mill

managed to get the machinig done on the clamps
they still need a radus put on them and then a sand/clean up

ive no idea about what metal you are using or whatnot - is that polished or have you had it chromed?

ta no chrome just polished alloy

managed a few hours to day freken hot tho 36 thank fuck for the a/c or there would be no progress at all ha ha
firstly i tried the buell forks on a spare frame i had to check the neck height
then made a template (cut and welded) rear dog leg to work out the rotation in the bends i hade it written down from the last one but who know what planet i was on that day cose it makes absolutley no sense to me now

so with that sorted ill atempt to bend the bottom rails next weekend
im using1 1/4 120'' cds tube for this frame u sure can tell the difference in strength wen bending this stuff

new rear wheel had a bit ov trouble finding a 40 spoke 16 so had to build one
thanks to PAN/SHOVEL for the tips
