G'day boyz stumbled upon this cool forum and hopped in. at this time putting together ironhead i had parts from over the few years,, 01 dyna front end. paughco frame , old rusty invaders ( hit them with rustolium bed liner) as well as flaked cjhrome cases on 75 sporty motor I traded for a trailer had laying around flea market tank etc

yeah the dyna frame is 4 over and worked out ok, Ps I gotta 66 FLH perhaps you might like, another project in the works

here's a pic of my 66 when i brought her home in 09 havent done much to it removed those tail dragger fenders , and still has those blingy 60 spoke twisted wires on it , gotta swap out for 40 spoke , all plug threads stripped; no wiring to speak of, but good compression and a registration ( another story) repo tanks (SHIT) wudda been nice to have oem R-side petcock tank ,but I have set of pan tank shift tanks Im gonna use and go tank shift , floor board mounts cut off, I gotta weld tabs for pan tanks etc etc, but this lil sporty has really got me going, Im no builder but the pieces that I have just seem to be working ( dumb luck) these paughco hardtails have no room for battery behind post tire clearance tooooo tight, I have a AEE moon tank thinking of mounting up front, make a battery tray where oil bag would mount, that is the thought for today subject to change at any moment
