 permatex thread repair

anybody used permatex trhread repair before i put the motor back in the triumph put some oil in and i have a leak and it seems the bolt closet to the leak into the casing has been pretty much stripped out and cant be tighten up someone mentioned this product but have never tried it before or does someone else have a suggestion on a way to fix the thread ? besides a heli coil

Ive been off the tools for a few years but nothing in a bottle/tube fixes stripped threads.

The best repair I have seen is Wurth timeserts.

I used them a as mechanic then I was a rep for them for awhile a few years ago. Im not cut out for a tie!

The video is cheesy as hell but explains how it works. Germans make funny videos.

They are miles better than helicoils as timeserts are a solid bush, not a flash spring.

Wurth NZ is in Manukau Auckland, reps all over NZ.

I reckon on the Trumpy buying a kit will pay off then next time it strips a thread.
