Howdy Folks, Quite the old fellow at 53 but I did my runnin' round on motorcycles way back in the 80's. I ended up with a Kwaka Z750 twin and about two weeks after buying it a nut came out of one of the camshaft sprockets and got caught in the primary chain and so I went sliding down the road. Ripped it down and started lightening it by chucking stuff and fabricating while I waited for the cash to buy the parts. Also I kinda argued with the people who sold it to me that it was kinda their fault somewhat but they wouldn't have a bar of it so eventually I stopped making payments then they repossessed the whole thing completely in bits and then rang me and said they'd let me have it back and add on the bits required to what I owed...

Had a few good years on it before I was going too fast all over the place and I knew myself and that I wouldn't slow down so I sold it.
Then I decided to build a sports car, as in a motorcycle with four wheels, and 30 years later I had a go at least three times but never got it all done. I've now got a 1 litre Suzuki engine and gearbox out of a carry van and am contemplating doing it again. I've also managed to find about four old 60's and 70's tiny little Japper motorcycles which I'm eventually going to get around to fixing up.
I'm here basically because I want some fabrication work as it'll inspire me to do my own stuff and get cash to fund that. My brother has a leather business painting and refurbishing lounge suits and jackets and anything leather and we can paint just about anything, any colour on leather and add that to my abilities welding and fabricating I reckon this is the place to get the ball rolling. Obviously seats from scratch and jackets etc, but also exhausts and frame mods would be fun. Oh, and I'll also be setting up a small aluminium melting thingy so I can sand cast various small bits and pieces.
