| Was trawling some stats and this site came up. I've had a look through and looked like something worth signing up to.
Grew up with bikes, in the USA. Harleys everywhere.
Had a Honda C90 as a kid, on my uncles farm.
Around 20 got a Virago, then a Magna, and then another Magna.
Got a workshop set up in my own house. Flash by comparison to my friends locally, not so flash compared to some friends in USA. Grew up being looked after by a guy who had done the full training under Harley, who works for Mesa Harley and Victory now part time (is a philosopher full time at a uni). His workshop I envy.
Can do most things half assed, or reasonable. Have an engineering department at my disposal as well - lathes, better welders, better engineers in fact..
Hit a lot of the rallies, shows, and some of the parties.
Most will know me for the magazine - Thirteen Motorcycle Magazine.

Nothing worth seeing. Spikes through the front fender, new mirrors and grips, removed stock decal off tank and repainted then custom decal added and then clear coated, new throttle cables, modified exhaust, red LEDs under the tank with a switch hidden under the frame by the seat. I don't have a budget for building, and as I ride year round, theres no time for my bike to be on a lift unless necessary.

| Welcome in LR. Didn't you have your Magna in the first edition of 13? Used to have some mates that rode round Singapore on Magna's back in the early 90's. I always wanted to see what someone could do with one so if you ever decide to re-do it remember to throw some pictures up on here. Like Woody said, its good to see more South Island riders on here. Cheers Irish | |
