| Hi,
I need a replacement front fender to fit a 17" 120.
It got damaged in the earth quake, and I was going to chop it down but the damage is to central to cut the fender back and still have anything that resembles or functions as a fender.

| Fenders and side covers on my bike are plastic. Cuts down on weight, as the things already got me and a heavy ass v4 engine.
So need a completely new fender.

| What would you guys normally use to tidy up the curves on this fender? I've trimmed it to suit, with a cut off disc, but still is pretty rough. | |

| Yeah I wasn't meaning the bondo
Like the cuts I've made to the fender... they arent all that smooth running.
I'm guessing something like a table sander is the way to go?

| I use a little hand grinder running off a compressor. The big grinder takes too much out so its easy to bugger it up. | |

| Sweet. Probably can't do much work on it for next few weeks as I'm on crutches.
Tell ya what, having a needle put through your ankle to the middle of the cartilage tunnel really sucks.

| Accept the reason for it was that a ditch runs along side the walkway to the toilets, and there are no flood lights. | |
