I cant help you with the small tank bud, But I'm sure Andrew could (he seems to have all new zealand's stocks of sporty tanks )
I think we need more of this style of bike on New Zealand's roads.

I think it was the little Yamaha seat instead of the standard flat track one. I could have it matching the SR, but I'm trying not to start it yet till I've cleared up some of the older ones first.

Not much in the way of suspension. The front's been slammed a long way and it has those little Drag Specialities struts on the back. I have a spare late model long tank but I think the small one looks better.
Anyone want to swap a nice set of standard mid mounts for the stock forwards off an 04 Custom?

I got excited for a while but those French guys have stopped making that XLCR kit even though its still on their web site. They still do some lovely stuff for my Thruxton though. You can still get a plastic kit from the States. If I had the money I'd have an XR but it would go in a proper flat track frame with the skinny tank (not the Storz one). The ironhead is very cool too.
