| ok so ive done all the critical holes in the clamps now just gota decide on the final shape first thoughts were to make them big square ish and chunky but then mabe sort ov like the scribbles i made with vivid [img][/img ] [img][/img] big thanks to selectgrub for gifting me the material | |

| well been hard at it got the chop on its wheels shortned the forks and shaved the legs made some rear wheel spacers and dummied up the chain looks like its got enuf clerance for a 150 but mite go to a 130 anyways gona try n sort the seat pan and tank ouy next week and make some risers and handle bars [img][/ img] [img][/im g] [img][/img] | |

| thanks guys the foot clutch was giving me a bit ov greif but i think ive designd some thing thats gona work just gotta get out there and make the bits shifter isnt quite were i want it yet but ill wait till evert thing else is finalised then see were it works best oil tank is slightly to small for the batt to fit in to FUCK IT ALL mite start a gain on that one | |

i used a ODYSSEY PC310 drycell battery, its a real small battery and it started and ran all my stuff on the sporty real good, can go any which way and handles vibrations no prob... Length 5.43" Width 3.39" Height 3.98" just a thought | |

| brilliant work, I agree that aesthetically the window bars dont suit it, low z bars or apes or british style or dogbones, would look better imo, even halving the height of the window ones would help, again imo | |

| ah yip i seen that issue there shaun sorta wat im gona do but with out the extra linkage and just a small cable jon i rang odessy about 6months ago and they said they were discontunig those batts due to to many claims/complaints u must ov got a good one and crap they were /are expensive | |

I like that set-up Shaun, Lends it self well for a mechanical advantage one way or the other. Looks slick as Snail shit Mike, The bars well narrow them up a bit for f cks sake. | |

| [img][/img ] well about time for an update been busy with a cople ov frames but all done now and back into this new barell and head gaskets degrease [img][/img] finished up the forks and tripple clamps and made a rear brake mount [img][/img] still gota finish up the oil tank and retunel the gas tank then throw some paint and wires at it hope to have it running next weekend so i can see wat falls of before heading over the other side ov the bom bays | |
