| So I went into the new motorcycle cafe set up.....fuckin pretty unimpressed really aye. Heaps smaller, fuck all to look at and it seemed even more stuck up then shed 5 (ie please wait here to be seated ha!). I guess Ive still got a sour taste in my mouth from the way they handled the grinderfest last year , so on that subject-is it too early to start planning or at least putting some ideas out there? So what are people thinking for this year? Still the 6 month build period or what? I rekon making it a 1 day show/party, heaps of bikes, piss and good times!!Or do it over a weekend with a show 1 day, and a run on the other. Whats everone else thinking?? | |

| Definitely shorter with us in control. Quite like the idea of a run followed by a show. How about having it round Wellington? Big enthusiastic team down there and a decent run down for the Auckland crew,.

| I'm sure the Wellington crew could pull this off, But do you think any of these Aucklanders would come this far outa there comfort zones Irish ??????? (Thats a challenge there Aucklanders and yes I am typing this slowly so you don't miss anything ) Hey Bob51 you'll need to get all the Mainlanders up here to mate. I'm more than happy to put some of ya up at my place for the weekend, and I'm sure some of the others will do like wise. | |

| I might even have my Tiger back in one piece for the ride down. I think this is a great idea. Long time since I've been in Wellington. | |

| Sounds like the Auckland crew need to get together, drink some beer, tell some lies and come up with some sort of plan. If the weli crew does the same then we can come up with some sorta plan. Who's keen to meet an Aucks?where/when etc? | |

| Sounds like a good plan all-round. I'm still working on a venue, I've got a few places in mind and will put some more time into it once work slows down a bit. As for the meeting let's work out a day were we can get as many members together as possible we have a shit-load of stuff to sort out, Main one being a date and time for this show. | |

| Been a long time since I was on here. I hate work. Anyway. I am moving house in a few weeks so we have a venue for Grinderfest 2012 (although I'm probably going to have to change the name after that gay porn guy tried to sue me last year). This time its a one dayer in a big field at my new house in Helensville. That will give people a change to ride somewhere that isn't too far away. I'll organise some beers and maybe a cheap ass band. You can camp in the field if you want to get pissed. I'll set up a grass track so if you feel like it, you can all write off your nice shiney bikes and donate the parts to me. This time I'll try and keep the numbers low so its just us. Don't want to have the local HOG or patch clubs turning up and trashing my place. If it works, we'll try and make it bigger next time. Date to be arranged but probably soonish after Christmas. How does that sound? | |
