| well shaun turned up to day to lift the new donk on to the jig so it has started [img][/img] [img][/img] plan is long low and fast ........... 103ci twin cam buell forks 16'' front and rear spoked wheels harley callipers and disks thundermax ecu shaun has a few pics im sure hell put them up.... next weekend ill make a start on the tripple clamps then the frame | |

| managed a few hours to day freken hot tho 36 thank fuck for the a/c or there would be no progress at all ha ha firstly i tried the buell forks on a spare frame i had to check the neck height then made a template (cut and welded) rear dog leg to work out the rotation in the bends i hade it written down from the last one but who know what planet i was on that day cose it makes absolutley no sense to me now [img][/img] [img][/img] so with that sorted ill atempt to bend the bottom rails next weekend im using1 1/4 120'' cds tube for this frame u sure can tell the difference in strength wen bending this stuff | |
