hey... i'm steve from germany and i'll move in december with my custom triumph to nz (next to piha). Why? cause my girlfriend is from nz. - spoiled of the german custome scene... i'm curious about the nz scene - not that commercial scene... i am looking forward to meet some beer drinking bros who are ready to have a good time and talk some shit.
i am a little bit uncertain if i would be integrate (by the locals) in nz 'cause i didnt found a big bike scene.
hope you guys can help me.

Don't worry about it. You will be in West Auckland and there's a load of custom bikes and cars around there.

Welcome aboard Steve. Don't worry Im sure Irish will show you around the custom scene over here. And he likes drinking beer too. Post up a few pictures of your bike.

jeah i hope somebody will invite me to some cool events. - now i got a triumph efi.. modified to the limit. - and i will get this year a moto guzzi le mans 1. but i am looking forward to modify /customize a cb750four (if i will find one in nz) and a old royal enfield.

Piha is a cool spot, you will love it. And yeah the West of Auckland is really the part of this city that has the most hotrods, classic cars, V8's, bikes, etc, it's where most of the petrolheads live
