YOU HAVEN'T MIXED FLUIDS IE DOT4 WILL CAUSE SEALS TO SWELL IF DOT 5 WAS IN THERE BEFORE,AND DON'T PUT ANTISEIZE ON THE PISTON JUST A BIT OF BRAKE FLUID ON THE SEAL

What kind of master? Check your plunger travel. Is it pushing the cup past the relief port?

Its an ultima master cylinder. Will check the plunger travel. Not sure what fluid has been used in past.Pressure seems to stay on.Will I have to replace seals to rule this out.
