i really like the look of velocity stacks.
does it have any kind of mesh or filter in there?

not yet but i will grab some fine stainless mesh for it, will have to tune the carb for the freed up intake too im guessing

One of these on the end of it would look nuts.

Well im still working on the sporty, i have put new bars on, black 14" so now my wiring doesnt fit, got that headlight powder coated black too. i decided to rewire the whole front end, ended up culling 3/4 of the wiring, im going to use the neutral safety switch to ground the start relay, it means you cant hit the start button if you stall, you have to find N before it will go, brought a little plastic case from jaycar to put the HI/LO switch, oil press light and start button into and im hiding it behind the air filter.

hey have you thought about putting 12" black road king shocks on the back - would look mean they ride great apparently - also can put 1" lowering kit with them if ya wanted to go lower

no, but I have looked into getting some for myself as the guys stateside seem to use them a lot & rave about how good they are. Im sure you could find a pair of take offs from a road king / glide etc (need to find out which are the 13" & which are the 12" part numbers so you know which to pick up). Just a suggestion anyway

we are just doing this to a sporty at work and some other secret things,which will be revealed later in the year.

the hagons i got of jon for my wifes 883 are sweet. midwest does a 11 inch shock for sportys that are 150 usd as well.
