Yea but it only fits a 4 speed box, also if you got an ev-160 clutch hub from bdl,you could run the clutch and belt you have on that box.

What's the difference between this one and the ev-160 Doug ? Duh you mean run this on Shaun's bike aye not mine ????
I was entertaining the thought of running this belt drive on my bike Doug. Can you foresee any problems with that idea mate ???

Ev-160 is for the tapered mainshaft and I'm not sure of the belt length for a dyna setup the motor plate might fit not sure on that one but looking again at the plate it is for a softail so it won't fit a dyna gearbox but hey you could fit the rest of it as the dyna does not need the plate but of course then you will have no way of mounting a starter motor all fun and games.

Yep you need that 141 belt, and the front of the plate will fit evo's + twin cams its where it bolts to the gearbox is different for dynas and softails.

Ah shit I knew I'd forget something, I'll have a dig around for it today mate.

We may have to meet up in Otaki and swap some parts too ie belts welder clutch tool.

Let me know when you have some spare time Shaun, The sooner the better remember I can meet up with you any time that suites you day or night 24/7.

Oh yeah I have a funny feeling the speedo drive in that box was stripped too, I'll check with Mike from HSC and get back to ya.

Only thing is they don't have a backlight for night riding, but hey I have used them before and they are warrantable and can be programmed for any size wheel.

PostSubject: Re: Shaun's Pan   Shaun's Pan - Page 8 EmptySun Apr 08, 2012 12:11 pm

So I was back in NZ for a quick trip, my sisters wedding, and managed to convince Paulomatic to go for a quick ride, we were gunna clock up some miles even AJ was gunna make the ride to Tauranga but ran out of time. we managed to go for a quick skid to the mount for a beverage, got a vid of Paul on the pan in the videos section

I went up to JR's (Rods by Reid) on the wed, he had the award winning 33 he built for Steve Payne back in the shop, its pretty much the same colour as the pan so i snapped a couple of pics
